I have a plot of land in a lovely urbanisation in Tavira, East Algarve. It's about 400sq mtrs and there is full planning permission granted for a 4 bedroom house and pool with it.

What to do? Do you know of any interested parties or agents who you could recommend putting this on their books or have you any other advice as to what to do with this property option in the current climate.
