Phaser 1 and Phase 2 ect

Hi All can someone tell me which blocks are in phase 1 and which will be in phase 2 when its released....

Its just I qurious how they are doing the development...

Also when ordering an apartment can you select the one you want, or is it you take your pick out of whats left.

Is there any mention of the Villas and their prices, everyone I've asked say they arn't available yet.
