Panama condos?

Hi everyone,

Just found this forum... I'm looking at possibly investing in Panama and would be interested in hearing of any experiences (good or bad) from those who own property in Panama City (or elsewhere in Panama).

What are current, realistic rental yields for condos (studios, 1 and 2 beds)? How easy and fast to let? What are the best areas for rental investment and capital growth?
Any pitfalls one should be aware of?

Looking at a few other countries as well, but Panama City is near the top of my list.

I agree with Marx3bull... the value of condos in any part of the world is not lowering their prices but every year it's getting high.

Everything is getting higher each year. I guess nothing gets lower each year.
