I remember there was a multi page thread about Al Khail Heights where investors would discuss the situation and updates from Texture. That thread has been deleted/removed and I miss it.

Now that the community is sort of “handed over”, I wanted to see the feedback from people about the current situation and have a discussion with owners or future owners

I'm currently in the process of handover and struggling to get my snag items rectified. It'll be almost 4 months since I sent my snag report and they have still not finished the process which they said would take 20-30 days.
