What is the name of the project. Off late Omniyat has become very expensive.Any feedback on this launch, expected price, prospects and on the developer is it worthwhile?
Omniyat is considered a developer who incorporate smart technology into their buildings. I have invested in the Gemini which has not taken off as the land is not handed over by the developer.
I would rate them as a developer who are strong financially strong and hopefully will do a good job on their developments.
