What next for the UK property market? We know that the UK government is looking to overhaul the capital gains tax system which will no doubt mean a further burden for property investors!

It is inevitable that the UK property sector, and UK property investors, will be milked again to make up for the U.K.'s huge coronavirus bailout. Figures show that the cost of investing in UK property is one of the most expensive in Europe. When will the government stop milking the property sector?

How much longer can they go on milking the UK property market? The cost of investing property in the UK just keeps on going up and up!

The latest rumour is that the UK government will look at CGT on primary residence as a means of clawing back some of the corona virus pandemic bailout money. Somehow I don't think this would go down very well with the electorate?
