Hi All
I bought a property from Emaar in August. Only thing I have is a copy of the signed SPA with them in AI have been asking for the contract several times but still I haven't received it.
What rights do I have here? Since I didn't receive any contract I haven't been able to get a mortgage and during this period as you know all banks changed their policies. Like everyone else I now just want to cancel this deal since I think this project is most likely to be put on hold now.
