I was interested to read this thread about the tax as some owners in the Oasis complex were given "tax bills" by the developer.Some stupidly willingly paid when asked why they answer was " because the developer said it was my bill"
Others who knew exactly how the developers mind worked checked their bills out and lo and behold the bill was not even in the owners name!!!!So they did not pay it turns out it was the chap who owned the land!!!!
Be aware check out to see if it has your name on or you will pay for someone else.
