I have £100k I would like to invest into property, but I am not sure where to start. Stamp duty etc is so high and yields are low. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? All help would be appreciated! Thanks

In which country are you looking to invest?
If we look at the UK it tends to be the lower the rental yields the further south you go but there are still some properties offering double digit yields in the North of England but limited potential for capital growth. There is also the potential to create good yields in HMOs but watch the new rules coming in during October 2018.
