More new houses are being built in New Zealand but the sector is still suffering from a slump compared with previous years. I know this is a bit old now, but thought I would comment anyways.

I have seen over the last... 2-3 months, and huge building boom in my local area of Warkworth. It seems to be really going off here. More than I think I have ever seen. However I have heard from others that certain areas are continueing to stay quiet on the building front. I wonder why some areas are more popular than others?
