Reading through the threads on this forum, with countless instances of unfinished/unstarted projects & outright theft, how can anyone believe there are still people 'investing' in residential projects ?. Even with completed projects, just where is the rental demand coming from ?. We've all seen the tv reports of luxury cars abandoned at Dubai airport as expats flee.
