Dear all Egypt agents,
I wanted to know if some of you were already dealing with properties in "New Cairo".
I actually work for DAMAC properties, and as you may very well know, we started launching projects there aggressively, and prices are going up quickly between a launch and another.
This has created an ideal flipping atmosphere in that market. I personally have several investors who are already planning to flip within the next couple of months.
Can you help them?
