Hi all
Currently in middle of purchasing a leasehold flat thats 12 months old from current owner.
Its been 5 weeks since I started process but we still at stage of getting the vendor to register the apartment to the land registry.
They sent requisition to the vendor and the vendor says they cant answer and need management agent to answer.
Of course the management agents are not responding after 6 days of being contacted,
Is this normal? I mean is it normal for vendor who completed on leasehold not to have info needed to register it with land registry?
