need help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    hi every one,

    I am interested to purchase a studio apprtment in jumiera village south, i been offered few in following projects,
    (1) in jouri @ 1008 aed per sq ft all in, 35% already paid.
    (2) in prodgy1 @ 950aed per sq ft all in 30% already paid.
    (3) lawns @ 935 aed all in.
    would you kindly advise me which is the best project from above, and which is second best, and also advise me regarding prices aswell whther the above prices are ok or too high.
    which is best and second best location in dubai from, sport city, jumiera village, & discovery gardens.

    your help will be much appreciated.

    OK, i'm not quite sure who's the best one of them, BUT one thing for sure: DON'T BUY THE JOURI ONE, they have alot of issues with the master developer and their customers, plus the developer is not that well-reputated.
    i think u can go for the other two ones. the price is soo attractive/cheap, and everybody knows that the price will increase VERY SOON.
    JVS is a good area to invest, and it will be like Sports City soon enough. I have a property in JVS too, but not in one of the above projects.
    go for one of the other two (prodigy OR lawns) depends on the location, view, which floor?, possession, etc.

    The one offered in Jouri to you .. which one is it .. ?? Jouri 1 ??

    Cause i have a studio available for sale in Jouri 2 .. and the price per sq ft is 995 ..

    Well, i'm not sure, BUT all of them as far as i know.
    and..... i recommend "Metropolis Lofts" two towers.

    well i am not sure which one beacuse it only says (jouri) . its advertised at alineah.
    but sum1 jst advised me that dont touch jouri as they are having problem with developers.

    I have different opinion about Jouri, I think it is good developer who is both RERA certified and has their escrow accounts in place.

    thanks for your reply.
    i am looking for studio with any decent developer, budget about 400000 aed. been offered from 850 aed per sq ft to 1050 aed per sq ft in jv. of course want to buy chapest asa possible as long as developer is decent.

    Have you considered buying an property which has financing aproved? Because I doubt that you will find anything decent for 400k in JV.

    They all are, but wasen't aware that you could get an studio for 400k in one of these developments. :)

    please check "MyDAMAC" offer. I THINK IT'S A GOOD ONE.
    go for it, if u can afford it. the price per sq.foot will be hight soon.
