You will be lucky to get a studio for AED 60k p/a 1 Bedroom apts are around 70k,
But it also depends on the location, size, balconies, and most of all THE OWNERS
who are trying to get the best possible rentals as i/city is very much in demand.

Hello Muqarabin, Kully and Lynette.
The 60k budget for a one bedroom will be very hard to find but not impossible. I own a studio in greece, K10 building with a balcony and furnished and my asking price is 65K per annum and cash payment. I have a friend who had some one bedrooms for rent. I will get in touch with him and see if Lynette can get a bargain.
