:)hi all i just want to say as I joined this forum a number of months ago and i dip in and out of it, very active at the moment as off work with an injury.

its a very organic thriving site, sometimes i laugh, sometimes i sigh and the amount of information i have read and received is wonderful!

living in a new country, new culture, new language, new way of everything really (unless of course you want it to be little england!) requires an amount of tolerance, skills, (such as trying to learn the language) even a few words makes an enormous amount of difference. i have lived and worked in africa before, and know how difficult it can be to adjust, yes the sea, sand and everything else is wonderful however.........................

its good to talk - what do you think? (as this forum shows)
- therapy is like having a personal trainer!
