More good news for UK property market

House prices in London and the south-east and east of England will continue to surge by five per cent a year for the next five years, according to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Rics).

I think the next twelve months will be held to slower growth while the market figures out how the BTL implications will affect prices.

However I think this is a positive as it will build confidence back in the market rather than the current opinion which seems to be "everything is outrageously expensive" and the public don't really have confidence in the prices currently.
