Miami real estate market will keep improving. The fastest recovery is on coastal, and high end areas.

Florida leads the way!

I've also seen elsewhere that 3/10 of the fastest growing areas in the US in terms of property prices are in Florida. We own in Naples, FL so we're pretty pleased about that!
