As above - how/when the government will tackle the growing problem of rising ground rents.

It would be interesting to have a webinar on comparisons between the cost of investing in property in the UK and worldwide. I am sure I read somewhere that the UK is one of the most expensive property investment markets in the world with regards to traditional costs and taxes.

What about a webinar on the traditional UK investor overseas markets such as Spain, Portugal and even Greece?

What about Africa? Some of the leading economies over there have taken a hit. Time to take a look at real estate in these countries? As and when the continent bounces back, surely these leading lights will be the first to benefit?
