Anyone know anything about this project? I think it looks good but could do with some feedback from anyone thats been there. Do you know who the developer is and if they have a website?

Thanks for the link, M. Looks just like any other over hyped Bulgarian development. Totally unsubstantiated claims for capital growth & rental returns, no contact details, and a meaningless gallery of cgi's. Site last updated last July - since when the wheels have come off the global economy (& 80% of Bulgaria's banking sector is foreign owned). In the current market noone is buying but forums are full of people suffering from unfinished developments, or unable to get mortgages, or realising too late that promised rental returns were pie in the sky are desperate to sell.
