Management Agents in Yalikavak

I am looking for a trustworthy agent in Yalikavak on the Bodrum Peninsula to look after several of my villas and apartments. I also wondered if there are any options for free advertising of properties in this area in local papers etc? Any help is much appreciated!

Assuming you are looking for holiday lets, I don't see how advertising in local Turkish papers would help. I can recommend Owners Abroad & Holiday Rentals as a cost effective way of promoting your properties. If you are looking to long term rentals to local people,. then of course, local papers might help, but expect to pay.

I expect to pay for an advert, I was just wondering if there are local free papers that people can pick up in the area? Or just a local paper that people pay for I suppose!

Apologies. I hadn't realised you were looking to rent to locals. I'm sure local letting agents will use the press to advertise, for which they will charge you, of course, so perhaps best to leave it to your agent.
