Hi Friends
I want to buy a home in Mumbai just for a sake of investment. I can make a down payment of Rs 1 Lakh but the pending amount I can pay in installment.
I heard about a construction in Pavel' Anandi Construction' which is very far from the station. There the down payment to book flat is Rs 2 Lacs and then you have to pay every month 7000 to the builder for 15 years. And after 3 years you will get the possession. I even personally visited that place.
I enquired about this Construction to many people but nobody knows about it.
I need you advise, please tell me will investing in such real estate beneficial and also how will I know where the builder is trustworthy or no ?
