Land in Reserva de Praia Retirinho Beach Ceara Braz

Hello everyone, I am looking for advice concerning land to purchase in Brazil near Canoa Quebrada at Retirinho Beach. Reserva da praia project.
It's a development of 52 plots for sale and I would like to know if anyone has already invested in this project .
I am going there to have a look next week but before that I would need some advice to make sure that I am making the right decision.
How can I be 100% sure even if I see the place and the developers that I am not gonna get screwed ?
Would you suggest to have an independent solicitor ? Does anyone know good solicitors in this area ?

Please anyone thinking of buying property in Brazil in the development stage don't. If you read the blog just a little you should be able to come to the conclusion that you'll never see your money again.
