Actually, I did`nt know about the escapades you mention above and thank you for the info.As a point of interest whilst writing this, a plan is going forward now to commence marketing the main build of golfing villas and apartments. the build would be over a two year period and should turn out a nice little investment for those getting in at ground level

I don`t know what `s going to be on offer just yet but you can bet there`ll be some cracking discounts.
As I wrote earlier the whole site is deemed 'Touristic' so there will be plenty oof renting available both to tourists and golfers.
I don`t know what the general thoughts of the group are on Portugal but has had some excellent write ups in the past.
If you let me know what you are looking for bargainwise, I`ll put it to the owner.
Anyone a keen golfer out there who wants a flutter, let me know.
