Is it too late to invest in property?

Over the last few years we have seen a significant increase in the price of property in many areas of the world often at the expense of stock markets and equity investments. Indeed many people have been scared off stock markets by the relatively volatile nature of the beast over the last few years deciding instead to invest in bricks and mortar.

Some people believe that as the worldwide economy eventually recovers, volatility will be reduced in stock markets and we could see many investors switching from property back into equities. Do you think it is too late to invest in property? Or do you think there will always be new and appealing property hotspots around the world?

simple answer is - NO. As long as we are increasing in numbers, property will grow.

It is never too late to invest. There are better times than others, sure but people will continue to expand and populate the world.
