Despite the fact that the UK property market has held up much better than many had expected, there is a growing belief that further downside is just around the corner. Whether or not this occurs remains to be seen but is it time to make opportunistic, below market value, offers for homes in the UK? Or would you prefer to wait until the downturn has reversed?
