Those who follow the worldwide property market will be well aware that various countries around the world have taken radical action to combat the lack of housing. Is it time for the UK to look at different housing styles? Housing pods?

Should we not be looking at alternative types of housing such as single accommodation pods which are more commonplace on the continent?

Unless there is a major change in the UK government’s housing strategy the UK will continue to be literally hundreds of thousands of newbuilds behind demand. We do need to look at alternatives such as housing pods and other similar structures which are very quick to erect and relatively cheap to build.

housing problem in the world is fake ,the evidence is the number of housing is more than the family , there are millions of vacant units as example Egypt 13 million , china more than 60 million

It always confuses me, if there are so many empty properties then why are building companies constructing more homes? Surely the number of empty properties must have an impact on the price they are able to obtain for their new homes?
