There is no doubt that any investment in Russia over the last 20 years or so has attracted more than its fair share of risk. We have seen political uncertainty, economic distress and an array of measurements brought in by the Russian government which have unnerved investors. When you also take into account the issues associated with the Ukraine and political tension between Europe/USA and Russia, is it now time to bail out of Russian real estate?
