Is it good investment to buy bankrupt properties in india?

If you take a long-term view on the Indian property market there are many reasons to be more positive. In the short term it may be worth gradually building up your exposure to the real estate market. That way, if the market falls further you can buy "cheaper" property and if it does recover then you have exposure at lower levels which you can then build upon.
