Is Donald Trump a positive influence for property markets in the longer term?

There has been no politician in recent times that has attracted as much attention as Donald Trump. If you strip away his personality defects, as some would describe them, will this successful businessman be more positive than Obama for US real estate and worldwide property markets?

In theory with his business experience he should be a positive for investment markets but time will tell. Donald Trump is the ultimate loose cannon and nobody quite knows what he’s going to do next!

I'd b more worried that he might start WW3. In which case it won't matter one bit about property markets anywhere.

Who knows what he will do. He only has to open his mouth and upset the wrong person for things to kick off and escalate.
The man is a loose canon.

Property markets need stable economies to prosper so perhaps we can only hope that Donald Trump surrounds himself with sufficiently experienced advisers to avoid any further military conflicts.
