Is Australian real estate still benefiting from perceived safe haven status?

Since the worldwide financial crash in 2007/8, which saw many economies around the world decimated, the Australian economy has never even flirted with recession. Many believe that this is one of the reasons why Australian real estate continues to go from strength to strength in a similar fashion to the perceived "safe haven status" which the London property market has developed.

Is this a fair comment?

The up and downs comes every business and everywhere in the world same as in property investment in Australia but now I think the economy is much stable. Anyhow I am not a very high business man but I have a property in Gold Coast and it really benefiting me because I rent out it and happy from the earnings. The main thing for investing in property is first focus on the location and always prefer the inside the city locations. Good Luck dear
