Hi,
I'm facing a conflict which i would like to get an advice on.
I want to invest in buy to let and i hear a lot of people who are saying it's not the right time to invest in buy to let etc..
I still believe that there are good deals out there, the problem is that the prices in where i live are quite high and to get anything decent in good price that will be profitable enough to invest in is very hard if not impossible so, my thoughts went towards investing in a more remote area. and remote i mean few hours driving from where i live, and if i do that then it'll be very hard for me to: 1st find the right house, as i'll have to travel far for viewing/s and the 2nd thing, if i do find and get to buy the right property how to i control all the refurbishment process, not an easy job i guess.
I would be happy to get an advice from a more experienced people, is it worth the travel and the hassle?
