I currently have a plot of Land 4950m2 located in Bouliqume in the central Algarve. It is possible to construct 20 townhouse on the site all with sea view.

Looking for investors and or constructors who may be interested to purchase a project in this area of the Algarve.

Just a short distance from this plot a simular project is nearing compleation as a base of comparison.

How long will it take to get planning approval.
