Does investing in co-living business and students Accommodation is a lucrative business in Morocco? I've been doing intensive research in regards to this matter in particular and found out that it's becoming a crisis in the country due to the lack of any governmental concrete actions to tackle this issue and it's calling out the private sector to react. Very large profiles, including students, with limited budget can't find proper accommodations and can't afford high standing accommodation either. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.
