investing in care home rooms?

Hi has anyone invested in care home rooms in the UK that can give me any advice on this subject ??

I have not personally but I know others who have. I think you need to be selective about who you work with but there is money to be made. I work on the old adage - if it looks too good to be true then it probably is!
