Invest with me 2,600,000 AED you will get the following
*10 cheques 260,000 (dated 01/July every year from 2012) for first 10 years
* 50 % from income of apartment yearly after end of 10 years OR selling the apartment and share money of apartment.

• Stamped contract from Higher Court in UAE
• Guarantee Cheque with full amount open Date if one of 10 Cheques is returned
• Apartment will be 10 years leasing contract for me to stay in apartment or allow any body lease from my side only
