Internet Pipa

Has anyone set up broadband in Pipa and can offer advice as to how to go about doing this from UK (if at all possible) and what is involved, cost etc...?

Alternatively does anyone recommend a decent mobile broadband dongle that can be purchased (would need to be unlimited usage as work related) and has a good signal within Pipa area?
