does anyone know how to get the electric and water connected I have been told that I would have to nominate someone with citizenship but I dont know any one?
Will this mean I will have to apply for it?
Could anyone please give me advice on how to do this and how long it takes if this is the only option that I have.

Hi i am new to the forum, i dont think you need to apply for water and electricity since the same is supplied. I have bought a studio in spain international city phase 1. handover date is july 07'
