IC smells

As I have heard, that IC smells due to sewage problem, does it still exist or any action has been taken. Please kindly let me know.

I does indeed exist.

The problem is graphically examined by [their review of IC - the problem is the location in the immediate vicinity of the Al Weer Sewerage Works - and the hordes of trucks that deposit human waste there for treatment each day.

The Sewerage Works will simply have to be moved beyond the new Dubai city boundaries - as they should not be permitted in a densely populated residential area - Al Weer was of course semi-rural before IC was built around it!
