Increases in common charges JBR ?

I have heard that the cost of the common / maintenance charges in JBR have gone from 8 dihams psf to 25 dirhams psf - is this true? Can anyone confirm this? Some of the maintenance costs (or common charges) seem to very high and way off the mark.
