Hello group. I just discovered the forum & want to introduce myself. I'm an investor in Las Vegas, USA. I am interested in Brazil, I've been reading on Fortaleza, if anyone has any experience there? Also, I understand Uraguay has great potential & is a good retirememnt spot. I own small apartment buildings here & I'm building more in Texas. If anyone is interested I'll email you info.
