Does anyone know anything about Hyde Park Towers in Marmooka City, Ajman? This is over looking the blus Hyde park lake.

Is this a good buy? They saying Ajman has grown rapidly for the last 3 years multibillion Dirhams are being invested. Also it is only 20 mins drive from Dubai city centre.

in my view Ajman is not a short term investment paradise but is definitely
a very good Long term investement city spacially the new cities on Emirates Road
will have a good Long term investement opportunity.

Lakeview Tower Emirates City

Ajman definitely has got a lot of potential as far as price appreciation is concerned... the prices are still lower as compared to other emirate and I am hopeful that it is going to increase in future as well.

By the way I have also invested in Lakeview Tower in Emirates City and so far I am very satisfied...
