How to differentiate between direct customers and agents?

Hi all,

I would like to know how to differentiate the ads posted online whether it is from direct customers or from real estate agents as most of the time when i call after seeing a property ad online, i end up speaking with the agent and i need to pay 2% comission which i think not necessary. so how could i reach direct customers ad online?

The question is quite interesting. Even am eager to know the ways to differentiate a customer and an agent!

In my opinion best way is to post your own requirement and mention there in bold that 'Brokers Excuse'.
I have also seen many ads where Property Owner post their Property with this term.
