How should I invest £30,000 of student loans?

Hi all,

I'm 21 and about to finish university in a few months. By the time I finish I should have about £30,000 in my account from savings and maintenance loan. I most likely won't earn enough to start paying it back for at least a few years and since I'm in the UK the student loan seems like quite a safe debt to have. So I was thinking maybe I should invest in property.

I don't really know where to start but I've seen things about "flipping" houses etc. which I think would be interesting but I also have no idea what I'm doing so it might be too confusing to try and get into at this stage. I live in Yorkshire and lots of the houses/flats seem quite cheap here so maybe I could buy one and rent it out? The only other problem is that I might be moving to another country in a few years so it would be hard to manage a property in the UK if I was overseas.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try and do with the money?
