Are investors aware of the scale of development ?. You need to balance the number of available properties against possible demand to help evaluate the areas as a potential investment. A quick check on this site shows that just three developments being promoted on here - Regency Beach, Al Rivera & West Side Village - offer nearly 2,000properties between them !. There are numerous other developments, so the overall total must far exceed that number.
