I have been considering an investment in the buy to let market but would like to know how many landlords have encountered difficult tenants. If I do go down this route I would probably prefer to take a hands-on approach when choosing tenants but even then nothing is guaranteed. Any advice or guidance on handling difficult tenants would be appreciated.
