The truth is that at this moment in time nobody has a clue how Brexit will impact the UK economy, investment markets and the European Union. We have never been in a situation anything quite like the one we see today.

Unfortunately so-called "experts" can peddle their own specific thoughts and forecasts for the UK property market in light of Brexit because we have never been in a situation where a country has decided to leave the European Union. As a consequence, we are quite literally in uncharted waters allowing the vast spread of expectations for the future with every one seemingly justified - or at least difficult to discount completely.

It was a shock. UK is in uncharted waters but in the long run it will come out as a winner unless the internal politics don't make a mess like ireland and scotland.
The world markets are recovering but Pound is still weak which is quiet normal. It will remain weak till some agreements are made with EU.
Dont forget UK is a huge market and EU cannot ignore that fact regardless of there grudges,:)
