I am looking into buying an single family home 3 bedroom 2 bath . Its an fix and flip . I know a little about remodeling homes . I am looking buy houses . I need help trying to figure out the math living fool plans , basement , windows , attics , bedrooms and so on and make offer to the buyer .

You need to research the surrounding area, look at your comparables. How much work does the property need doing? Look at whats sold recently or whats on the market now in the area all done up and finished and work backwards.
