I Am Associated With Eslam Rela Estate And Developers And Presenting Our Project Green City Ajman, It Is Located Right On The Emirates Road Next To The Emirates City Which Means 20 Minutes From Dubai Airport, The Price Is Almost Half As Compared To Dubai. Its One Of The Few Villa Type Accomodation On Freehold With Choices Of 3 Different Types.

Project Is Fully Finalized And Has Grown Over Pre Launch The Response And Results Are Excellent And Investors Have Big Smiles On Their Faces. Infact You Will See In A Matter Of Time How The Price Will Rise In Ajman.

I Have Very Good Number Of Villas And Offers In The Same Project, Feel Free To Contact Me If You Wish To See Some More Material Or Details For This Project.

Dear Adnan,

I had a quick look at this project. It looks nice. Located next to AL ITTIHAD VILLAGE. Same developer. I haven`t not dealt with EslamGroup before. They worked with the Tech Group(feel free to google it) that is a good sign to me.

Pre launch phase seems to be over, so it`s hard to say whether it`s worth looking at.

Regards,

Alex.

I have reached an age where I simply cannot continue to live 12 months of the year in the cold and dismal UK. I would like to get a studio or 1 bed off plan appt. in or near Ajman with a payment plan to allow me to pay over a period, preferably 5 to 6 years. Any suggestions ?
Frederick,

I suggest you to be on lookout for the near future launches, buy as early as possible to obtain best price, buy with the friends to get extra discounts. If you don't have friends willing to co invest see if folks on this forums might be interested. I can send you information about few upcoming projects if you wish. And yes very important read all small print carefully before signing legal documents.

If you manage to buy something similar to The Emirates City at pre launch prices you will likely to earn good return.

Regards,

Alex.

Yeah...as the saying goes " cross the T's and dot the I's". Helps to take a draft of the contract and get legal help. Not that the developer will change the contract ( as he has his own legal team working with him ),but it's good to know what you are going in for.

Note : When going for a group of investors, all should have the same exit strategies.

my offer is also with safa homes.I think I´m probably going to move on it.As I said it´s one bedroomed with balconey 707 sft and garage-330000aed.
I am not based there either but if I buy I will visit in July to check everything out and to sign contract.
I have been to Dubai and it´s fantastic but unfotunately the prices are too high there.I think Ajman is a good second choice.

I heard gambing will be allowed in Ajman, is this true? Could make it a sinners paradise like Las Vegas. Imagine having a piece of Las Vegas when it was just desert. Thoughts?

Gambling allowed in Ajman? When is this supposed to happen? Any reliable sources? I heard as well, that people are planning to open a casino on the world in Dubai -just all rumors I guess!

There were some slot machines at one of the hotels, but that was a long time back.

Hi folks,

The only `Las Vegas type` development in Ajman taking place at the moment is Princess Resort in Ajman's Manamah Hills.

Here is the project short description.

The Princess Resort is a unique concept designed to embrace the glitz and glamour of a Las Vegas style experience, with entertainment, palaces, lagoons, equestrian trails and even snow capped towers. Developed with the guidance of HH Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman, the resort comprises nearly 1,600 one to three bedroom apartments along with 100 exclusive villas and chalets, 2 luxury five star hotels with 488 rooms.
The development is set for completion by 2010 with an estimated cost of $1.25bn.

ajman

Hi everyone

Im new to site but not so new to property game. I have been thinking of investing in Dubai for more than 10 years but its only now I have invested in UAE (RAK-almarjan).

I had to decide between Dubai, Ajman, and RAK.
Dubai seems to expensive and needs alot of capital but still looking for a quick profit and short-term investment, propbably in waterfront city or dubailand.
Ajman doesn't seem to stand out and there seems to be less accountabilty. I had alot of emails from northern emirates property there but they didn't seem professional nor did they alleviate my concerns. This put me off. i was looking for a villa, in case I move to UAE and wants to work in Dubai.I hope with all this emmigaration they will need doctors. I would want a villa to live in. Ajman seems the only place affordable and easy to commute from.
RAK seems promising but it was the professionalism of select group that persuaded me in investing in Alrmarjan as long-term project.
I am still looking for another short-term project pre-launch off plan, any info?
