Hot spots within Camden borough

I'm interested in renting properties on an HMO basis within the Camden borough and would be great to get some feedback of which particular areas within the borough are good if anyone has any properties in the area. I know the HMO legislation is pretty stringent which is okay as long as the rental prices stack up.

I would guess that prices in Camden will have softened of late along with the rest of London - I say softened as opposed to crashed as I dont think London prices have fallen by anywhere near what the press sometimes suggest.
